Yacht Charter Experts is an independent yacht charter broker and intermediary. We introduce guests to crewed charter yachts and help arrange charters; we are not the owner or operator of the yachts shown. Our broker service is free to the guest — we are remunerated by the yacht side.

“Teresa”, our online chat and quick-match assistant, is an AI concierge — not a human broker. She helps shortlist yachts and collect your enquiry details; a human broker reviews every lead and handles your booking from there. If you ask her directly, she will always tell you plainly that she's AI-powered.

Sending an enquiry through this site is a non-binding request for information, not a booking. No charter contract is concluded on this website. A charter is confirmed only once a separate charter agreement (typically the industry-standard MYBA agreement) is signed and the required payments are made.

Yacht specifications, photos, availability and rates are provided for guidance, may change, and are always confirmed by your broker before booking. Prices are indicative and generally exclude APA (running costs), local taxes and any crew gratuity, as explained in our guides.

The text and design of this site are the property of Yacht Charter Experts. Yacht photographs and descriptions originate from the yachts’ owners or central agents and remain their property. You may not reproduce site content without permission.

We take care to keep information accurate but give no warranty that it is complete or error-free, and accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of indicative information before it is confirmed by a broker. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, and the courts of Wollerau’s jurisdiction shall have exclusive competence, so far as permitted by mandatory law.
